What if my pet requires medication?

We understand that all pets are unique and may have some health concerns. It is common for pets to be on some medications for preventative measures or treatment. We have veterinarians on staff who can help administer pet medications when needed. We ask that you bring your pet’s medications in their original container and their information sheets.



How far in advance should you book your canine boarding?

It is best to book your boarding services as soon as you can. The sooner you do it, the more likely that we will be able to accommodate your needs and have a spot for your furry friend. We do know that things can happen at a moment’s notice, and you may need last-minute dog boarding services. Our team will work as best as they can to accommodate immediate bookings, but it is not always possible.
